We greatly enjoyed our stay in Lumbini Buddha Garden. Don't miss it! The staff was very friendly and caring. The manager — an ornithologist — was a very kind person and always ready to complement our needs. We recommend the bicycle promenade around the area!

Entering the hotel you walk into nature's lap. Greenery is great. Rooms are spacious and clean. For children it was a wonderland with lots of fireflies, birds and more. Not for people in a hurry — truly a place to unwind and reconnect.

I have stayed at Lumbini Buddha Garden twice and felt very much at home. As a keen birdwatcher I enjoyed interesting habitat along the Telar River. The hotel is one hour's drive from Jagdishpur Reservoir — a Ramsar site of international importance for wetland birds.

The resort is a little oasis of greenery amongst the rapid modernisation of the Lumbini area. A great place to stay, relax in nature with friendly staff and excellent food. Highly recommended for any traveller.

This has to be the best place in Lumbini. Nice comfortable beds, decent-sized rooms, close to all the attractions, and great staff who could not do enough for us. We even had a campfire put on for us — what a lovely touch!

We were only supposed to stay for one night but ended up staying three! Beautiful place, tucked away just off the main road and close to the local temples. Staff so accommodating, helpful and friendly. Food plentiful and breakfast included!

This resort was beautiful and full of great staff. Most attractions in Lumbini are only 10 minutes away. Tours can be arranged directly from the resort. The service is superb — food is made with fresh organic ingredients. Absolutely wonderful.

The place was perfect for our family vacation — catering to everyone from kids to grandparents. Kids enjoyed badminton, table tennis, the hammock was a bliss, and the chef was very kind to prepare Jaulo for our grandmother. Heartwarming hospitality.
